We wish to be a developed nation by 2020. And numerous studies and study trips were made to many countries like Korea by leaders, by civil servants and others to bring our IT infrastructure into the digital age. But as far as the internet is concerned - we are still in the dark ages. Shouldn't we try to do something about this ?
